Why We Built This

All analysis runs locally in your browser. No page content is ever sent to our servers without your explicit action. Results are instant, and the extension works on any website — your own pages, competitor pages, or any page you want to benchmark.
Our Privacy Commitment
Privacy isn't a checkbox for us — it's a design constraint we applied from the beginning. Every architectural decision about how CiteOps.ai works was made with the question: "does this require sending user data anywhere?" If it did, we found a way to do it locally instead.
- Page analysis runs entirely in the browser using JavaScript — no network requests, no server-side processing
- Results are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers
- Dashboard sync is always opt-in — you explicitly choose what to save
- No tracking, no telemetry, no usage analytics sent from the extension
